We’re back! The issue causing some users to see an Unexpected Error when opening projects has been resolved. Projects should now be accessible as normal.

Login errors affecting some users

Login functionality has now been restored. The errors appeared to originate with our third-party authentication provider, and access returned to normal without any changes needed on our end. We'll continue monitoring to ensure stability.

The AI summary feature in Diary was temporarily unavailable this morning due to a response processing issue. The feature is now fully operational and working normally.
